The first goal of our work together will be to establish a sense of safety and trust both in our relationship and in your own intuition. Through gentle and paced steps, we will explore and establish ways of being together where you can feel safe, respected and whole.
My approach is engaged, collaborative and down-to-earth and I bring passion, care and curiosity into each session. I offer a relational, mindfulness approach to therapy which in addition to insight, offers a more direct experience of your self-limiting beliefs and patterns. These beliefs were once useful to protect from pain, confusion and overwhelm, but now may limit your ability to be free and connected to yourself and others. I consider what happens in our relationship to be an important tool for connection outside of therapy.
