Individual Therapy

While therapy is designed to be beneficial, at times it may also be challenging and uncomfortable as you touch on aspects of yourself that are tender and vulnerable. This is part of what is healing; being able to share the parts of yourself that you've maybe never shared before for fear of being judged or shamed, and realizing that that isn't happening here between us.
