A quote over a black background that reads, 'The path to parenthood is rarely the one you imagined.'

Cycle after cycle of trying to conceive. A loss people barely acknowledge. The disorientation of early parenthood. The belief that everyone has it easier. You are not as alone in this as it may feel.

Some of my clients meet me in the perinatal years. Others come in different chapters- grieving something too heavy to hold alone, trying to manage anxiety that won’t let up, wanting to feel less like a stranger to themselves, or feeling like they don’t quite belong in a world that keeps changing too quickly,

I work with individuals across all of this. With couples, my focus stays on the perinatal experience- the specific weight that infertility, pregnancy, loss and parenthood can put on a relationship. My goal isn’t to help you just get through this-it’s to help you feel steady enough to be present in your life again. Whatever brought you here, trust it.

Let's talk.
