Some of my clients meet me in the perinatal years. Others come in different chapters- grieving something too heavy to hold alone, trying to manage anxiety that won’t let up, wanting to feel less like a stranger to themselves, or feeling like they don’t quite belong in a world that keeps changing too quickly,
I work with individuals across all of this. With couples, my focus stays on the perinatal experience- the specific weight that infertility, pregnancy, loss and parenthood can put on a relationship.
