If you're navigating fertility challenges, grieving a pregnancy loss, or adjusting to life after birth, you're not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I work with women and couples in the perinatal period who are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to move forward. You may be processing a traumatic birth, struggling with postpartum emotions, or quietly grieving amid others’ joy. Therapy can offer a place to feel supported, make sense of what you’re going through, and reconnect with your own inner strength and intuition.
Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you’re already feeling stretched thin. I know how vulnerable it can feel to open up, and I deeply respect that. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you, whether it’s grief, anxiety, disconnection, or self-doubt. My work is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on healing through trust and connection. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and hold a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I received extensive clinical training at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center and the Marina Counseling Center before getting licensed and opening my private practice. I also bring advanced perinatal training from Postpartum Support International, the Seleni Institute, and Maternal Mental Health Now. If we work together, I’ll bring presence, honesty, and care to help you feel truly seen and understood. If this sounds like the support you’ve been looking for, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
